Identification, Documentation and Methods of Measurement Training

The "process based" management system is founded on the Plan-Do-Check-Act principle.

Plan - Identify the activities to be performed.

Do - Implement planned activities.

Check - Monitor and measure effectiveness and efficiency of activities.

Act - Perform analysis of data collected and take appropriate actions. Appropriate action may be:

  • No Action at this time,
  • Continual Improvement Initiative,
  • Preventive Action Initiative, or
  • Corrective Measures Initiative ("Correction" to correct a condition and "Corrective Action" to address root cause.

This workshop addresses identification and documentation of your "Key Processes" and determination of most appropriate methods for monitoring and measurement. The workshop is designed to be combined with our "Management - Quality Management Systems Awareness" training.

This three hour workshop is designed to provide management with the information and skills need to:

  1. Construct your "Product Realization Process Map",
  2. Identify your company "Key Processes",
  3. Complete "Key Process Diagram Worksheets", and
  4. Establish methods for monitoring, measuring, and reporting operational effectiveness and efficiency.

The documents and data developed during the workshop are unique to your organization (company proprietary).
