This five hour workshop addresses the establishment of a formal Company Initiatives process, development of supporting documents (Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms), and the training needed for effective implementation.

Course is 15% lecture and 85% employee participation and covers:

  • Company Initiatives,
  • Company Initiatives Tracking,
  • Continual Improvement Initiatives,
  • Preventive Action Initiatives,
  • Corrective Measures Initiatives (Correction and Corrective Action), and
  • Company Initiatives Follow-up Activities.

A Certificate of Training is provided.
