This is one of the Checklist our Sales Associates use when responding to Request for Quotes.

This checklist identifies the product/service planning activities to be considered during the quote process. If you cannot answer YES to all of the following, initiate a New Product/Service RFQ and Planning Record.

Quality Objectives and Requirements

Does the existing Quality Management System adequately address all known product/service specific quality objectives and requirements?

Resource Needs

Does the existing Quality Management System adequately address all known product/service specific resource needs (design, processes, documents, resources)?

Verification and Validation

Does the existing Quality Management System adequately address all known product/service specific verification and validation requirements, monitoring, inspection and testing activities, and criteria for product acceptance?

Records

Does the existing Quality Management System adequately address all known product/service specific records needed to provide evidence the realization process and resulting product/service met requirements?
