Results International (Paul Lewis) started performing our internal audits in 2003. Paul is a very calm and easy person to work with. He approaches each issue (opportunity) that comes up during audits with a step by step plan for either improving or correcting it. He is very good at coming up with the least intrusive or complemented fixes to our day-to-day issues.
